I have been very much inspired by seminars on the
U process, given by Adam Kahane and by Betty Sue Flowers and Joe Jaworski in the Fall of 2007.
The U process is a method for realising challenging opportunities in complex situations in business, government, other organisations or societies.
I would like to share my impressions of the seminar by Betty Sue Flowers and Joe Jaworski, co-authors, together with Peter Senge and C. Otto Scharmer, of the book Presence.
