On 25 November 2008, the British Institute for International and Comparative Law organised a seminar on State Aid and Financial Services: Impact of the Credit Crisis? On 4 December 2008, René Smits spoke about the institutional aspects of the credit crisis at a meeting in The Hague (NL) of the Europese Beweging Nederland, after a keynote speech of Professor Alexander Rinnoy Kan (chairman, Social-Economic Council of the Netherlands) His presentation is available here.
